Several states (Arizona, Georgia, Nebraska, New York, and Pennsylvania) require that newly formed corporations and/or LLCs publish an announcement of their formation in the newspaper. Each state will have different requirements as to what information is published, the number of journals or papers in which it must appear and the length of time the publication runs. Publication Express can take care of all of the detailed publication requirements specific to each state.
2. Filing of affidavits of publication as required by state law.
Some of the states require that an affidavit of publication (or similar document) be filed with the Secretary of State once the required information has been published. Publication Express includes the filing of this affidavit (if required by your state) with our publication requirement services.

Almost every state requires a corporation or an LLC to have a Registered Agent (sometimes called a resident agent, statutory agent, or agent for service of process). The Registered Agent address is the address that will be used by the state for any official legal and tax correspondence. The Registered Agent address must be a physical, in-state street address; P.O. Boxes are not acceptable.
